Intense ruby red colour with garnet nuances, fruity and spicy aromas. Dry taste, generous and silky body.

Vinification

Grapes are raisin-dried for at least 4 months after harvesting, losing at least 40% of their weight.
Fermentation temperature between 18 and 22° C.
Maceration time: 20 days.
Maturation in wooden barriques.
Refinement in bottle.

Food Pairing

A perfect companion for roasts, red meat, game, ripe cold cuts and cheeses.
Great as meditation wine or as final of dinner.
Open the bottle at least one hour before serving.
